The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date:

• Cancellations made on or before August 12, 2026: A cancellation fee of $200 per person will apply.
• 89–61 days before departure: $800 per person cancellation fee.
• 60–31 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
• 30–7 days before departure: 90% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
• 6 days or fewer before departure (including no-shows): 100% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

Cancellation requests are effective on the date they are received.
